WiFi Light Blinking and App not working

I just received a i65s and after taking the unit out of the box and turning it on, the WiFi light keeps blinking. I haven't reset it and when I do the light still keeps blinking as soon as I power the unit on. also the Alorair-c app won't let me log in it just keeps spinning...not a good start.
