Great Unit

I have the unit with the pump and it works great.It comes with a water pump as well as a gravity drain. The humidistat has a bias of about plus 10%.If the unit says 50%RH it is actually 45%RH based on the calibrated meter I have.I use it in an enclosed crawlspace and it is set to 49%RH and the unit will only fluctuate 1-2% of that value during the off/on cycles.The unit is compact and my crawlspace is 1600 sq ft,but I am not sure if it would keep 2300 sq ft dry,but it is working fine in my crawlspace for now.
Just started using these for all our crawlspace installations.
