AlorAir-C iphone app doesn't seem to be getting through to your backend services

My HD55S is connected to my wifi and has been communication with your backend servers fine for several weeks now.  It's a new unit purchased last month.  Looking at the network logs, it appears to be on my network and reaching out to the servers, but getting no response.

Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please send us some additional attachments for further troubleshooting, including:

* A screenshot of the app home page
* Any error messages or network log screenshots you may have

In the meantime, we also recommend trying to reconnect the unit to Wi-Fi and repeating the pairing/setup process a few times, as this can sometimes resolve temporary communication issues.
