The PureCare 780S is a suspension single-side air intake filtration system for woodworking garages and factory floors. It has a powerful but low-noise vortex fan and an efficient MERV-13 filter for dust, small particles, and odors. The system has a built-in powered vortex fan that delivers up to 780CFM of air, enough to clean up to 800 square feet of space, and has two wind speeds of 580CFM/780CFM, which can be easily switched by the user through the control panel. The PureCare 780S is compact and lightweight, weighing just 17.4 pounds, and comes with a top handle for easy transfer and storage. In addition, the control panel is simple to use, supports wind speed switching and timer setting, and the auxiliary socket below can connect other PureCare devices such as the Purecare 1050 vacuum cleaner so that multiple devices can work simultaneously without worrying about the length of the power cord.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
WARNING: To achieve the best performance from your dust collector, follow these installation guidelines:
Position the dust collector in a relatively enclosed, dust-prone area. This setting maximizes its ability to capture airborne particles.
Ensure that neither the air inlet nor the outlet is placed against a wall. Maintain a 6-inch minimum clearance around both for unobstructed airflow and efficient dust collection.
For optimal dust collection, place the machine in the area where dust is generated most frequently, ensuring the dust is captured at the source.
The dust collector is designed for upright operation and should always be level. It can be placed on the floor, a desk, or a countertop, depending on your workspace needs.
 

MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Always unplug the power before performing any maintenance.

• Cleaning the Machine Body: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use cleaning agents.

• Replacing the Filter: Remove the filter from the air inlet grilles on both sides of the machine. Install a new filter following the old one’s positioning.
