Warranty Registration

All AlorAir dehumidifiers include a 5-year limited warranty. We at AlorAir believe in our quality and stand behind our products and our customers.

Our warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned. Upon purchase, customers will receive a warranty form, which must be completed accurately and submitted to AlorAir Solutions Inc. This ensures that purchasing and installation details are recorded for any future after-sales reference.

All our products are covered under a 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase through an authorized reseller. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
