Brand New Sentinel Elite 80X issue

Brand new unit in 50° basement. Running for 36 hours, set at 45% RH, has only dropped the humidity level to 57% from a starting point of 62%. Clearly this brand new unit is defective. I need a call back ASAP @ (518) 275-7810 to discuss this. I bought a premium unit at $650 to avoid these problems and Im very disappointed with Alorair....
