Can you make the app work?

I just received my AlorAir HD35P yesterday.  I unpacked the dehumidifier and plugged it in. I downloaded the Alorair-c app as directed. I setup my  information but it will not allow me login. It tells me my password is incorrect.

Thank you for reaching out and for choosing AlorAir. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging into the AlorAir-C app after setting up your account.

Based on your description, it’s likely your account has not yet been activated. Here’s how to resolve this quickly:

Check your email inbox – When you registered, you should have received an activation email from AlorAir. Please click the link inside that email to activate your account. Don’t forget to also check your spam or junk folder.

If you did not receive the email – You are welcome to send your registered account our customer service team at [email protected]. In your email, simply state that you need help activating your account for the HD35P.

Alternative option – We can manually activate your account and set a temporary password for you (e.g., 12345678). You can then log in and change your password.

For security reasons, please do not share your password in here. Instead, email us directly and we will assist you as soon as possible.
