Back to List

I need to find the part number for the humidity sensor for the Storm 1250 LGR. Also, is input sensor the same as the output sensor?

Thanks!

I installed the new humidity sensor and while the temperature readings are the same as 3 separate room humidity sensors, the humidity readings are 10 degrees higher (55 versus 45 for the 3 room humidity sensors). The old one i replaced was reading 15 degree higher. It seems like these humidity sensors are not of high quality. Has anyone used a different replacement sensor with better results?

Thanks!

Dear Patrick Williams,

Thank you for contacting Alorair Team.

Regarding your question about the humidity sensor for the Storm 1250 LGR:

1. Part number & purchase link
The humidity/temperature sensor for the Storm 1250 LGR can be purchased from the link below:

2. Are the input sensor and output sensor the same?
Yes, they are the same part. The same humidity sensor is used for both the inlet (input) and outlet (output) positions on the Storm 1250 LGR. The unit has two sensors, but they are identical and interchangeable.

If you are still unsure which sensor you need, please contact our after-sales customer service team – we will be happy to help you identify the correct part based on your unit's specific situation.

Thank you again for choosing Alorair.

Sincerely,
