Alorair-C not diplaying information

Just purchase HD35P (3/23/26) with WiFi and installed on 3/30/26. App worked great for 24 hours and then no more information from device. Can login to app and select home, device, details but no status info for device. 

Registered unit on Alorair warranty site when purchased. Didn't expect an issue this quick.

Purchase platform (e.g., Amazon, Alorair official site, etc.)

Order number

Product model: HD35P

Serial number (located on the unit label)

Once we receive your email, our support team will personally guide you through further troubleshooting steps and work to restore full functionality to your device.

Additionally, our technical team has been notified and is actively investigating the Alorair-C app for any potential bugs or server-side issues that may be causing this behavior. We will continue to monitor and improve the app's stability and performance.
