Dear Patrick Williams,

Thank you for contacting the AlorAir Technical Support team regarding the coil temperature on your Storm 1250 LGR.

Based on the operating conditions you provided — 60°F and 50% relative humidity — we recommend measuring the coil temperature after the unit has been running steadily for approximately 20 minutes.
Under these conditions, the standard coil temperature measured in AlorAir factory testing is approximately 2°C (35.6°F).

Your current reading of 14°F is noticeably lower. May I ask how many minutes you have been running the unit continuously under these conditions?

If the coil temperature still reads 14°F after more than 20 minutes of operation, we recommend contacting our after-sales support email at [email protected] for further diagnosis.

Best regards,
The AlorAir Team
