Air Temperature E2 error code

The unit seems to be working but when I press the "on/off" and "GPP" buttons together to get the air temperature the display shows E2.  Pressing "drain" and "GPP" buttons together gives the coil temperature.  Does this affect the operation of the unit?  What could be the cause of the E2 error code?

Thank you for your question.

The E2 code shown when pressing the “On/Off” and “GPP” buttons together is typically caused by an incorrect button operation and does not indicate a malfunction of the unit. This will not affect the normal operation or dehumidification performance of the dehumidifier.

Since the unit is operating normally and the coil temperature can still be displayed correctly, there is no need for concern. We recommend continuing to use the unit as normal.
