How to fix E1 error on NEW Storm LGR Extreme

Bought 3 for business, 2 both have E1Error right out of the box.  Is there a quick fix or did I make a bad purchase?

Thank you for reaching out, Bryan.

I see from the error code table that E1 indicates a Humidity Sensor or Communication Error. The suggested fix is to check that the sensor wire is securely connected at both ends. If no issues are visible, the sensor itself may be faulty.

Since you mentioned that 2 out of 3 units showed the E1 error right out of the box, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
