What is the maximum length you can run the drain hose, assuming you don't have more than 2' of vertical lift?

Regarding your question about the maximum drain hose length (assuming no more than 2 feet of vertical lift), please see the details below:

Built-in Drain Hose Length:
The Sentinel HDI90 comes with a 19.6 ft (approximately 6 meters) drain hose.

Maximum Pump Head (Lift Height):
The built-in condensate pump has a maximum lift height of 14.7 ft (approximately 4.5 meters).

Practical Recommendations:

  • If the vertical lift does not exceed 2 feet, the drain hose can be extended horizontally to a length close to the pump's maximum lift equivalent. However, it is recommended that the total equivalent length does not exceed 14.7 feet to avoid affecting drainage efficiency.
