Can't seem to change humidity level. I change it in the app and log out and when I log back it it shows previous settings. I see that it has a green dot in devices so I'm assuming it's connected.

Hi Mike, is your App connected to the correct dehumidifier? Can you record a video of the app and the screen of the dehumidifier so we can make a judgement. Also to make sure you are connecting to the right dehumidifier, it would be a good idea for you to send us the serial number from the control panel. It is on the back of the control panel as shown here.
