Is continuous fan operation possible? Storm LGR Extreme

We're considering the Storm LGR Extreme to replace our existing SaniDry dehumidifier - is it possible to set the fan to run continuously and cycle the compressor to meet the dehumidifier setpoint? We like to keep air circulating in the basement. Thank you!
