HD55 is icing up and blowing cold air

My 3 year old HD55 unit is still freezing up..
I thawed out the machine and drained it
I cleaned the coils
I cleaned the filter
I ran it agin and it iced up
I waited for it to defrost
Ran it again without the filter, still iced up
It is now just blowing cold air and icing up after a few hours
Is there a part I can replace myself? It's showing 60%. I live in New Jersey the basement temp is around 65 F.
I sent a detailed email with picture to you today.
