AlorAir-R Lite App Showing Storm LGR Extreme Dehumidifiers "Offline"

I purchased two AlorAire Storm LGR Extreme WiFi enabled Dehumidifiers about two weeks ago.  Added them both to the AlorAir-R Lite app per instructions but only one shows up under my account and it's showing "Offline".  First question: Why is it showing offline?  Second question: Why am I only seeing one unit?  I called tech support a few times and they told me the AlorAir-R Lite app infrastructure, servers, were experiencing issues however it's been two weeks.  How long is this outage going to last?  If the wifi does not work I want my money back and only have a 30 day return window.

1. Current Issue Explanation
Offline" Status: This typically occurs due to intermittent server disruptions or Wi-Fi signal instability. Our team is actively addressing the server infrastructure issues mentioned by tech support.  
Single Unit Visibility: The app may fail to sync multiple devices if the initial setup was interrupted or due to server-side delays.  

2. Immediate Troubleshooting Steps
To restore connectivity, please try the following:  
1. Reinstall the App: Uninstall and reinstall the AlorAir-R Lite app, then relogin to refresh the connection.  
2. Reconnect Devices: Remove both units from the app and re-add them using the QR code/Wi-Fi setup process.  
3. Check Wi-Fi: Ensure your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is unsupported) has a strong signal near the dehumidifiers.  

3. Server Issue Update
Our IT team is prioritizing a fix for the server instability, and we expect full resolution within 3-5 business days. We will notify all users via email and app notifications once the update is complete.  

4. Warranty & Return Assurance 
- Your 30-day return window will be extended to account for this downtime.  
- If the issue persists after the server fix, we will offer:
