HDi65S Wi-Fi light will not turn on

The Wi-Fi light does not turn on when I press and hold the up and down arrow buttons for 3–5 seconds. Because of this, I cannot connect my phone app to the dehumidifier.

Is there another method I can try to get the Wi-Fi light to turn on?
