ALORAIR 180PPD No Wifi or Direct Connection

Wifi worked well for the past few months until now.  No wifi icon appearing even after reset.  Direct link icon shows up when activated but SSID not visible when searched with phone.  Please assist.

Hi Chao chai

The Wi-Fi hotspot must be turned on ON. Turn on the system Wi-Fi to search for it. If you can't find it, it may be due to a signal problem. Please move closer to it. The best way is to turn off the phone for 30 seconds, then turn it back on, turn off the phone's wifi, turn it back on and search again. If it doesn't work, try another phone. If it still doesn't work, consider a hardware problem.
