Yes, Air offers 4G remote control, allowing you to monitor and adjust your dehumidifier anytime, anywhere.

2. Having trouble registering an account for the AlorAir-C program?

We recommend using a commonly used email address. After registering, please locate the activation email in your inbox and confirm it again. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder.

3. Unable to connect the dehumidifier to the AlorAir-C application?

Please check the following potential issues: power off for 30 seconds and then try to pair your dehumidifier with the application again.
Verify if the dehumidifier is within the range of the Wi-Fi router. You can attempt placing the air purifier closer to the Wi-Fi router.
Keep the device away from other electronic devices that may cause interference.
Ensure that before pairing, your device's Wi-Fi icon is blinking.
Check if Bluetooth is connected properly: Bk-AlorAir.
