About APP Compatibility:

Due to the use of different WI-FI chip technologies, the two new apps are not compatible. Please be sure to follow the WI-FI connection instructions provided inside the box.

How can old dehumidifier be upgraded?

You will need to contact Customer Service to replace it with the latest operating panel.

Which app should I download?

Check your unit, locate the dataplate, look for the date of manufacture on it, and for units manufactured before April 30, 2023, use the AlorAir-R App. but in any case, refer to the Final App Wizard inside the box and follow its instructions to the letter for download and operation.
