AlorAir-R Lite App Privacy Notice

The AlorAir-R Lite app allows you to control, monitor and manage your commercial dehumidifier anytime, anywhere. Note that not all devices support application control. The app and device are provided by AlorAir Solutions Inc. ("we"). We process personal data collected from the App and/or any device you decide to pair with the App.

This privacy statement applies to personal data collected or processed by the device and/or the app. This privacy statement is designed to help you understand our privacy practices when using the app, including what data we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and your individual rights. By using or continuing to use our services, you agree to our collection, use, storage and sharing of your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

I. What Personal Data do we collect and for which Purposes?

Circumstances that require your authorization to collect and use your personal information.

We collect personal information to provide you with products or services and to ensure our compliance with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements. However, in most cases, if you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide you with an appropriate service, or we may not be able to respond to a problem you have.

These functions include:

1. Account Data

You can log into the app with your AlorAir-R Lite account. When you create a AlorAir-R Lite account, the personal data we collect may include your name, username, email address and password. In this case, we will send you an account activation email to verify your username and password.

2.Device Data

When you pair your Device with the App, we collect the IP address of the router that connects to your Device. Furthermore, we collect the following information:

Commercial dehumidifier equipment.

(1) Device data, including device ID, model, operating status, power switch, water switch, positioning (buzzer) switch, filter life, fault code.

(2)General weather and humidity data, including temperature, humidity, and GPP.

3. Authority

When the application needs to access your mobile device's sensors (such as Wi-Fi, geolocation or Bluetooth) for service purposes, we will ask for your consent. We only use such data as necessary to provide you with services and only with your consent.

(1)Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on to pair your device. We do not process such data in any way. The data is stored on your mobile device and we do not have access to it. If you delete your account or device, this data will be deleted from your mobile device.

(2)Weather information. When this permission is enabled, the app will share your anonymous location data (city level) with third parties to provide you with air temperature and humidity information in the app homepage. This third party is openweathermap. The Android operating system requires a precise location to allow the device to adjust itself based on the weather conditions in its current location and estimate the best time to run the dehumidifier.

You can block your application permissions at any time through the settings of your mobile device. Please note that if you decide to block, you may not be able to use our services in whole or in part.

II. With whom are Personal Data shared:

AlorAir may disclose your personal data to third party service providers, business partners or other third parties in accordance with this Privacy Statement and/or applicable laws. We work with third-party service providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our Services

IT and Cloud Providers

These service providers provide the necessary hardware, software, network, storage, transaction services and/or related technologies required to run the application or provide the service.

III. How long do we keep your data?

We will retain your personal data for as long as is required or permitted for the purpose for which it was collected. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include: (i) the length of time you have used the Apps and Services; (ii) whether we are subject to a legal obligation; survey), whether retention is advisable.

Your Choices and Rights

If you wish to submit a request to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of the personal data you have previously provided to us, or if you wish to submit a request to receive an electronic copy of your personal data for the purpose of transferring it to another company (where applicable To the extent the law provides you with the right to data portability), you can contact us at support@alorair.com. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

In your request, please specify which personal data you would like to have access to, rectification, deletion, restriction or object to processing. In order to protect your interests, we may only implement requests related to the personal data associated with your account, your email address, or other account information that you use to send us the request, and we may need to Verify your identity before requesting. We will endeavor to fulfill your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

We rely on your consent to collect and/or process your personal data and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Please note that if you use (parts of) your choices and rights, you may no longer be able to use our services in whole or in part.

Iv. We protect your personal data

We take our responsibility to protect the data you entrust to us from accidental or unauthorized alteration, loss, misuse, disclosure or access seriously. We use a variety of security techniques, technical and organizational measures to help protect your data. To do this, we implement access controls, use firewalls and security protocols, etc.

V. Children's Privacy

While the Services are not directed at children as defined by applicable law, it is our policy that we will comply with the law when we require parent or guardian permission before collecting, using or disclosing personal data from children. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with his or her personal data without their consent, please contact us at support@alorair.com. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete his/her data from our files.

Our Services may change from time to time without notice. Accordingly, we reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we update this Privacy Statement, we will also update the date at the top of this Privacy Statement.
