I have seen questions regarding this but no answers. My unit just started doing this. It is only 1 year old and has been performing well and just started this. I have cleaned the filter 2 times and rinsed the coil as well.

What is the refridgerant capacity of the hdi90 so I can have it checked please.

Hi Jason, the machine nameplate is marked with the dehumidification capacity of the machine under standard working conditions and the capacity of refrigerant added, you can check it.

Responded via email regarding the potential area of the leak and the shoddy workmanship. Extremely disappointed in this and request a replacement.
