Does Alorair monitor the web service that provides remote access?

Back to List

It seems the back-end web service that the Alorair-c app connects to goes down a lot.  The weekends are especially terrible. I will try to login to the app and it just spins and spins until it times out.  Come Monday morning, it's working again -- like someone came in to work on Monday and realized it was down and brought it back up.  Do you have monitoring systems doing synthetic transactions to the server that will page someone out when it's down?  If not, you should.  It's down again for me right now.  Chances are if I wait long enough, it'll come back up later today.
