AlorAir-C app can not login

I can not log into the app, I have tried the alorair-r just to try it. That app works fine for the login.

I also tried to do the account setup on the Air-c app. The signup button does not seem to do anything.

When I try to log in all I get is the loading circle and thats it.

Hey, recent purchaser here, I was unable to create the -C account at first as well.

But upon submitting a question to the Chat, it fowarded me to a page that said it would only work on a 2.4Ghz Wifi network.  

Try setting it up on a 2.4Ghz channel, then you should be able to setup and manage the device.  After doing this, I was then able to switch back to my primary 5Ghz channel, and still manage the device.  A little odd, but now the device is where I wanted it anyhow...on a separate Guest VLAN with no access to my primary network.  All good in the end.

I also have the same problem in Nov 20204 with iOS app.  Even though for sign-up/login the network selection should not matter I changed this and no change.

The best I can tell this feature is not supported by Alor Air anymore.

I set up my hd55s in the crawl space yesterday, had the app working but not showing any "out" readings, only "in". I noticed this morning the data was completely blank and not showing connection to the unit. I was not able to reconnect and now stuck at the log in screen with the never ending loading ring. Any thoughts?
