ALORAIR App not working with new iPhone 16

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.  The app worked perfectly fine on my iPhone 14 but when I open it up on my new iPhone 16 all I get is a sad face emoji that says "We're sorry ..." followed by the words "Back" "Close" and "Restart".

Can anyone offer some insight into this?

We have received your feedback and apologize for the unpleasant experience with our app. Unfortunately, it appears that there is a compatibility issue with our current app version and the new iPhone 16.
In the meantime, we recommend continuing to use your iPhone 14 for app connectivity, as it seems to be working smoothly with the current version. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
