Alorair App Not Working

This morning, November 4th, we lost power for a few moments along with wifi. The power turned on, wifi was re-established and all of my orther utility applications connected, but Alorair. 

I went into my crawl space to connect the Sentinel to the Alorair app since the app apparently lost the information for the Sentinel HDi65S. The app was blank, meaning my previously registered information for the Sentinel HDi65S, wasn’t there. I tried adding the device to the app and it wouldn’t work. 

I deleted the app, turned off the iPhone, reinstalled the application and tried logging in. There was an arrow that kept spinning in a circle, and kept spinning, and kept spinning. On the off chance I was using an incorrect password I tried to reregister, but the app wouldn’t allow me to do so after I hit the register button. 

I cannot login, I cannot reregister and subsequently can’t pair my app to the Sentinel HDi65S.

The reason I bought the Sentinel HDi65S was that I could monitor the humidity in the crawl space and the effectiveness of the product via my iphone. Please help me resolve this situation. Thanks.

Could you please check what the MAC number of the machine is and send us the pictures? 

Note: If the MAC numbers cannot be viewed on the APP, they can be viewed on the back of the machine's operating panel.

In addition, was it because the data on the page was lost after a power outage and you couldn't add it successfully again that you started to delete the application? And then when you redownloaded it, you found that you couldn't log in?

Please note that once you have registered, you don't need to register again. Just log in with the account and password you have already registered.
