Alor Air C App not working

I have just installed a new HD55S dehumidifier. The app is showing offline with no feed back from dehumidifier. Light is solid green and my wifi network shows that it is connected. Connection thru app worked well for connecting to network. It shows up in app but as stated above, it shows offline. I have restarted unit, un-insalled/re-installed app. Condition still exists. It seems to be a bug in the app or cloud transfer. Please advise a solution.

We have reported this issue to our engineers. To better solve this problem, could you provide a few photos of the display interface of the device and the app after connecting to the app?
